At this point we advise you to get in touch with the agency or airline you booked your ticket to confirm if the transaction was successful. Please don’t try to book again if you’re not sure if the booking failed or succeeded as you might end up with two bookings.
How do I find out with which airline I’ve booked my flights. Where can I see this?
The booking confirmation should show the airline you’ve booked with. Another option is to check your bank or credit card statement as you can see who processed your payment.
I didn’t get a confirmation email for my booking. What should I do?
You should check your spam folder first. If you can’t find anything and didn’t receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch the concerning airline or travel agent. Wypen.com doesn’t create bookings nor takes payments. This means that we don’t have access to your booking details.
I want to change or cancel my booking. How can I arrange this?
You will have to get in touch with the concerning travel agent or airline regarding your desired changes. Since we are not a travel agent we can’t arrange this for you.
Is hold baggage included in the shown fares?
The fares shown are website usually include mandatory fees such as airport and fuel taxes. Options such as hold baggage and preferred seats are charged with an extra fee in most cases.
